BROKEN HEATER - UNHELPFUL RUDE STAFF!. The room was freezing! It took two hours for someone to come 'fix' the heater and then it was barely lukewarm, in the middle of winter! The room and lobby were just depressing.

I was told that in the winter rooms must be paid in advance. Even though my company paid for the room in advance they asked for my card and promised it was 'for incidentals only,' yet they charged me for a full night's stay! They still haven't refunded the charge.

i've reported the Park City Peaks Hotel to the Better Business Bureau. It's a terrible place to stay.

Park City Peaks Has Poor Staff!. The room was great. Excellent bedding!

We were however, very disapointed with the incompetant staff! They didnt seem to know what they were doing even the employee of the month! We're still having credit card problems due to them!

The restaraunt has a great breakfast selection,and they allow pets so we got to bring our little dog.

Hot tubs were gret as well! It's not far to Main Street,and other shopping either.

JEERS TO THE STAFF!

Great Hotel. The Hotel looks great, new remodel and a great value! You still have the same great indoor outdoor pool my family loves.
