Poor service. They are a racket. They give local high schools and universities a deal on doing the picture and then charge excessive prices. I ordered prints from them and it took 2+ weeks to get them. For the price, it sure took them a long time. Only worked with them because I was forced to. Avoid them at all costs! They are a utah family business which mean in terms of service it is very poor.

Bad Company. I have no problem saying this is one of the worst companies, if you can even call it that, that I have dealt with. It's a little family out in Sandy that runs "Gammell Photography" out of their house. They have horrible service and from what it looks like, not a very good product either.

In my story with dealing with these people, I called in to check to see whats taking my photos so long to be delivered. After talking with the "secretary" I got transferred to the "manager" Kathy. Thats when this all went down hill.. Turns out the devil himself (Kathy) works for Gammell. This lady lied to me about what she told me the first time I talked to her and reassured that she "would not help me" and "not do anything about it." I was pretty shocked to have the "manager" give me crap for her messing up and not standing by her word. Sad thing is, I paid priority mail on all my other orders (from other companies), which came on time, but now I'm stuck with those while I STILL wait for these graduation pictures to come. I was nothing but honest and nice to these people, but once I put a little liability on them, they crumbled and showed their true colors. I mean, for all I know, this "Ferdenan" person commenting above is probably one of them giving themselves good reviews because no one likes them. That review sounds way too cheesy and lovely to come from a real customer that just received some pictures. They made it sound like they freakin babysat their children and made love to the parents and "aging parents." Gammel Photography is a HORRIBLE company! And to clear the air, they get no stars from me. I had to put at least one star because the website made me in order to submit this.

Great Photographers. Gammell's went out of their way to help with our important day. The pictures were the best. I would recommend them to anyone again. They were so kind and helpful to our family. They are great with small children and our aging parents. They were very patient.

We were running quite late, and they worked with us untill the job was complete without charging us extra.

Horrible customer service. This photographer screwed up my pictures and refused to redo them or to print new copies. They told me if they had to redo the photos they would lose money. Like I care, I paid for a service and didn't get it. She also told me that every minute she was talking to me on the phone she was losing money. They have no interest in serving customers but only care about screwing people and getting money.

Avoid this photographer. The photographer I had, an older man with a white beard was brash and abrupt with children. Didn't like him at all. He was rude to me in addition.
