Worst ever!. I have cancer. My first experience was with the shop on 11th East. I have never met such rude people in all my life. I was anxious about the whole cancer diagnosis and was not familiar with wig care. Talk about feeling dumb! They did not explain anything about heat ruining the wig! I bought several from them and always felt like a burden. Good thing Mary Nichols is coming there. It will help your bad reputation. I now go to a good wig shop in Salt Lake. Also looks like there are some new fresh faces at the shops-much overdue. GOOD REVIEW MUST BE FROM FAMILY MEMBER-sign me-NEVER GO BACK!…

Contrary to the review previously written, I found their staff extremely fun to work with and very helpful. I definitely recommend this shop.…
Not Helpful or Friendly. Save yourself the hassle & go elsewhere. Guess that explains the sales clerks. What a dissapointment this store is. Too bad. But another store got my business & earned more business from a few of my co-workers. Rude, unfriendly clerks = Loss of business.…
