Terrible Brake job and high prices. HORRIBLE!!My fiancee Spent $557.00 on a "Brake job" 14 months ago only to find out they used sub-par brake pads that supposedly warped the rotors, now they want to put on new rotors saying there was only a 12 mo warranty and it wouldnt be covered anyway, my fiancee was told everything would be free forever, told her not to worry..i had another mechanic tell me rotors are good and pads are terrible, DONT GO THERE~!!! THEY WOULDNT EVEN DISCUSS IT WITH ME, and we had to wait last year FOREVER!! after they said 15 min wait

Honest and Professional. I can only speak to my experience at the Sandy store. I have used Burt Bros many times and have had good results. They have fixed problems that have been ongoing for a long time after having been missed by other shops. The price seems fair for repairs. Tire prices are higher than at Discount Tires or Big O.

DISHONEST CONDUCT AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. I was here recently to have some service done and could not believe my eyes. The employees were: 1) careless, 2) irresponsible, 3) greedy, 4) did not know what they were doing.



In agreement to other comments that say service here "sucks." The employees dented and scratched. Stole property out of my car, would not classify as professional mechanics that were qualified for their job, refused to take responsibility for their actions. I caught an employee damaging and removing items from my car "red handed" and the company refuses to take any action or responsibility to damages caused. I have never seen anything like this before, especially from a business. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS.

Honest, Quick and Fair. We have used their services for nearly 15 years now. Everyone is very nice and honest with us regarding charges and repairs. I have never felt like they were lying to me or trying to earn a buck. When something is wrong with my car they fix it and it is good work. I will never go any where else, because I don't trust other people. In fact, I had an estimate done at Midas for some work and they quoted me at TWICE the price as Burt Brothers. And that was about a $1000 difference. That is HUGE!

good guys who are good at what they do. As a single mom who is completely clueless about cars, mysterious noises and broken cars terrify me. I always feel like I am being taken, probably even when I am not. But not at Burt Brothers. If they can fix it, they do, and it stays fixed. If they can't, they tell me and tell me who can help and about how much it will cost. They have repeatedly changed flats for me and refused payment. They don't know who I am or my situation. But they treat me fairly and professionally every single time.

good. Burt Brothers has generally been a good dealer for me. Caution: Always ask for the "final" price, after taxes, tire disposal, etc. On my last purchase Burt added a $5.00 charge for "labor". I have never been charged this "fee" before. Perhaps it was "hidden" in the tire charge heretofore, nevertheless, it is wise ask for your "Out of pocket" final price. The price of the tire I bought nearly doubled after "add-ons"! Only after you have this information can you make a wise consumer decision
