Wonderful Pet (and people) Care

I have taken my dogs to Willow Creek for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. The vets communicate carefully and always offer options. They schedule efficiently so you don't have to sit in the waiting room forever. One time, one of our dogs was accidentally poisoned by eating a rotten rawhide bone. They took such good care of her and tried everything to help her through it. Unfortunately, she died, but it wasn't for lack of trying on the part of our vet. After she died the vet and the tech took good care of my husband and I, helping us through arrangements. The tech even went and snipped a little of her hair for us to keep. The care and concern shown for us and our dog really helped us through a tough time.

• Pros: Excellent vets, techs, and admin workers.
• Cons: It is pricey

Willow Creek from an employee point of view

I have worked at Willow Creek for 7 years. It is distressing to see some of the reviews posted here. Although I know we can?t possibly please everybody we do everything we can to make sure a client leaves happy. We follow up on every complaint received. Anytime a pet becomes ill or injured it is an emotional time for the family. We treat not only the sick pet, but the worried family as well. We desire that every pet leaves here healthy and every family leaves here happy.

I am not only an employee but a customer as well. I have boarded my dogs on numerous occasions, taken training classes, and had several of the doctors treat my dogs. I always feel that my pets are getting the best care possible and I know lots of people feel the way I do, because they tell me every day.

Truly the Finest Pet Care Center in Utah!

Thank goodness I boarded my beloved pet at Willow Creek Pet Care Center. My dog is older and periodically gets sick (she has kidney problems). I left my cell phone number with the great staff members at Willow Creek just in case she had any problems. Well she got sick during boarding. The Doctors at Willow Creek immediately call me and discussed her condition, gave me my options, and discussed the fees. Every day they called me with an update on her condition. Seven days later I returned home knowing that she was doing even better than when I took her in, thanks to Willow Creek's 24 hour care and their compassionate, caring doctors and staff my dog was returned to me happy, healthy and very clean! They even gave her a "free bath"! I love Willow Creek Pet Center!
