Amazing views, staff, and treatments!!. I've never been to the spa before, and it blew my expectations out of the water. I've been to many spas down in the valley and not one compare to the Cliff Spa. It started when I first checked in, great service from Rae. It just kept getting better. The spa is on the 9th floor of the Cliff Lodge, so let me just say the views from every window were breathtaking. There is an outdoor pool/hot tub, a very nice workout room and yoga room. The solarium where you wait for your therapist to pick you up, had amazing views, and delicious hot tea. I had a facial, massage and a manicure/pedicure. The woman that did my facial, Daneile was very knowledgeable and really helped me with some skin issues I was having, very relaxing, it wasn't the typical facial she put some extras in that made it very special, I also had her for my manicure and pedicure and she was truly fantastic, great massage, the whole treatment was fantastic! My massage was amazing too, my therapist really focused on my problem areas. Felt fantastic!! I could have spent all day up there!! Can't wait to go back!!

One of the best kept local spa secrets. My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic getaway at the Cliff Lodge. First rate service and the accomodations are perfect. I was very happy to find that their salon now DOES OFFER POLISH with their manicures and pedicures and my wife lived the little extra's her nail tech provided. The setting is spectacular and they seem to be putting some money back into the facility. We're going back SOON!

It feels like a clinic.... I've tried this spa 3 times and I'm officially done. The changing areas are large locker rooms and include saunas, which is nice. BUT, it is a locker room. The relaxation area has a great view of the mountains, but it's cold and not much thought has been put into the area. Basically, it's a bunch of pool lounge chairs that all face the mountain. Refreshments are limited or non-exsistent.

Of the three times I've been to the spa, I've had 8 services. I didn't enjoy any of them. I always feel like I'm being rushed and the rooms feel like a doctor's office. There are definitely better spas in Utah for the money.

Snowbird's first-class resort spa features striking mountain views and a broad selection of services.. The Scene
Perched on top of swanky Cliff Lodge, the spa is also the salon, gym and yoga studio for hotel guests, so you may run into sweaty gym rats, skiers headed to the hot tub or ladies with fresh haircuts. Once you slip into your robe and slippers and retreat to the solarium waiting area, serenity returns. Special bonus: All 20 massage rooms have mountain views.

The Services
Massage therapists specialize in post-ski and high-altitude relaxation with services including aromatherapy, energy work, Thai and hydromassage. Swedish massages can be combined with an herbal wrap, reflexology, bath or scrub. For sore muscles, the Cliff stone massage--in which hot and cold stones are used to work your muscles--is offered in a 50- and 80-minute sessions. Afterward, take a eucalyptus steam bath (co-ed) or visit the outdoor pool and huge hot tub on the roof.

The Details
Whirlpool, soaking tub, steam room (co-ed), dry sauna, pool (outdoor, co-ed), hot tub, (outdoor, co-ed), exercise equipment, Pilates, yoga. Massage, body treatments, wet treatments, watsu, facials, sunless tanning, manicure/pedicure, full-service salon, makeup application.

Breath-taking Location. The Cliff Spa is fabulous. Be sure to go early to swim and exercise before your massage. Allow a few minutes before your massage to unwind in the solarium. The extra large windows in the massage rooms are breath-taking. I have been to the CS and generally have had good experiences. If you're getting a pedicure or manicure, bring your own polish. Painting nails is not included.
