Granted he told us there is 6 rafters that were broken in the roof and that needed to be repaired. fixable. As we were leaving (Well after the inspector left) my dad was examining the house and found the wall on the west side of the house was bowed out. All the bricks were leaning at a near 45 degree angle at the top. But on further inspection we found what had happened is the roof of the house was collapsing!!! It was pushing out the two exterior walls on both sides of the house!! The inspector, upon confronting, claimed he would have found it in the pictures (of which, when he sent them to us, there was no way he could have seen all that in the pictures) This was a SERIOUS miss and the inspector played it off like he would have found it. No refund was offered.
