I have found my new favorite store.
I used to go to the guy up the road and thought that was as good as it gets until I walked into Mower Medic! woho.
These guys (and gals) have all the good brands and are very good at what they do. I was showed up by a girl, she new more about this stuff than I did. I think here name was Brenda. These people have HONDA, STIHL AND TORO.
What a great place to shop. Free blade sharpenings for life with mower purchase. Free chainsaw case with a Stihl chainsaw. Plus they fill propane tanks. They fixed my snowblower right up at a great price and fast.
like it says on there service orders don't go to the hospital when all you need is a MEDIC
Last review.
I am the owner of Mower Medic and I would like to comment on the review left by Richard84.
He forgot to tell you that his engine was replaced over 4 years ago, and we had not even heard from him after he picked his tiller up until one day he came in wanting it warrantied because it never worked!
I told him for one thing he should have come back 4 years ago, and the other thing it had gas in it from 4 years ago and the carb. will need to be rebuilt.
I told him I would replace the belts at no cost but he would have to pay for the carb. rebuild.
He freaked out and started yelling, I almost had to call the police to get him out of the building.
I tried to help but he didn't want it I guess.
Plud the frame was not cut on his tiller by us.
Thanks, Ron mower medic
their more concrned for your $ than serviceing you properly. while standing in line I listned to them brag about the amount of customers they had. when a man and boy walked in and asked about his mower that had been thier for 2 weeks the owner replied " I am srry but your belt hasn't come in yet we will try to get it for you on sat. or monday" the man was obviously frustrated and left saying it's not your fault." after they left i watched the owner turn to his employee and tell her to order it so they might get it next week. My own experiance is of them promising a new motor on my tiller. when I got the tiller back 1.5 months later the frame had been cut and now falls apart I have yet been able to use it for more than 3 min. without it breaking belts and falling apart.Great moter crapy instalation waste of $500. repeatadly brought it back and was told to "take my tiller and leave the 30 day warinty was up".
great service, spends time with you, very good recs. on products. great service, small town feel, very good recs. on products, great for repairs, owner is a great guy
best lawn mower shop. oh my GOSH!!! i was so impressed. the moment i enter i am immediately greeted buy one of the family members who work there. they were so dang nice. they walked out to my car with me and wrote down a description of what i was having a problem with and offered very insightful counsel. now i have to tell you, i was being helped by a girl and she was just so smart.(not that i didnt expect her to be, but smoked me in mechanics) i was presented with a price estimate and was allowed to put a cap on what it was worth to me before i would just buy a new one. not only were they extremely generous with their prices, they packed the service so full it was just worth it. well then... i was told it would be 3-4 weeks(possibly) for completion. ouch! but wait, then i was offered a loaner to get me through this trying time. secondly i asked about a part for my weedeater. her attention was not taken away from me the entire time i was there. she walked me up to the front counter, looked up the part i needed, went back and grabbed it then handed it to me and said "no problem, we'll just put it on the bill with your mower." finally when i returned to pick up my mower i was given a bill that was actually less than what i was told. appearantly the problem was a real quick and easy fix so they charged me only for what was needed. who does that? the owner, Ron( no way this guy is over 50 like he says) started my in front of me and offered some useful tips to avoid this in the future. then he bent down and helped me pick it up into the back of my car. wow!
worst customer service ever. We took our mower in to have the blade and one wheel replaced. That was over a month ago! We have repeatedly called to find out if it is ready. We have left countless messages and never had one returned. We have gone in 4 times to find out the status on the mower, the front desk ladies are very snotty and rude. They act like you are bothering them by being there. They claim to have a loaner mower that you can borrow- we have asked for it 6 times. It never seems to be available! I went in again this morning and it took them 15 minutes to even find our invoice, and then another 10 minutes to figure out that my mower was not yet ready. At this point, I just want my mower back. I will NEVER go to Mower Medic again!!!
