today was the first time I have ever been in to File-U-Fancy, and I loved every moment! I'm a groupon junkie and have been to many salon with my groupon deals around the valley. So it would be fair to say I have had many Pedicures and today's was one of my all time favorite's. Erica "ROCKS"!!

File U Fancy has been in business for almost 20 years and is one of the best over all salons in Salt Lake area. You will find the employees are some of the best around. One of the nicest and fantastic

I have been going to File U Fancy for a long time, and everyone that works here is very nice. I can say that Suzzy is the nicest person, she is never rude to anyone and always makes people feel special and is so talented with nail art! Becky (the owner) is nice to everyone that calls, is always willing to help clients make appointments and from what I hear is a great salon owner. The girls that do hair at File U Fancy, do a fantastic job - they have never done my hair but I have seen women leave the salon with beautiful hair.

I know a lot of people that go to File U Fancy for nails, pedicures, eyelashes and hair and I haven't ever heard anyone say anything bad.

This salon is ALWAYS busy, and that says a lot for a salon. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to this salon.

OMG! I have been cut , burned from filing, and had my cuticles pushed back dry on my fingers! It was painful! Erika was the consultant who did the Mani and Pedi, wow she is aggressive and rough, my nails look good but the pain was like sitting in a dentist chair and clenching your teeth cuz you know it's going to hurt, I'm sorry I will not be returning here! They say in the ad it's a relaxing experience, NOT TRUE, it's a painful, sore experience!

Not a good experience at all. I will never go back to Gen'a She was horrible, really didn't care how my nails turned out, she made them so weak and brittle that they broke off within a couple of days, when one of them came off while taking off jacket, I ended up with an infection on my thumb because of it. She also took a month to cash my checks, I needed to get fuel and even called and asked her to please cash my checks, and she didn't, when she finally did, I had already claimed the checked lost with my financial institution since she hadn't got back to me. And now has been harrassing me ever since, Leaving rude voicemails. If you can find somewhere else to go, I highly recommend you do that.

If you do go, I highly recommend Tammy Rich, she is the sweetest person and will do a wonderful job with your nails. Sadly because of Gen'a I will never return to File U fancy, and probably will never be able to get my nails done again.

No good. I went and saw Erika! I will never go back to her, she has no desire to do as you ask. She only does what she wants. She thinks she knows all there is to about nails and will not eplain what shes doing if you ask.

Im sure the other girls are great but I would not suggest Erika.

AWESOME!!!. Tracee Benson is the Master Esthetician there and she is by far the best in the business!! I will not let anyone else touch my face. She does my eyebrows and they ALWAYS look fantastic. I have also had some chemical peels done by her and my skin ALWAYS glows afterwards. She is truly an expert at what she does!
