They always have good service and treat the customer with respect. The atmosphere is nice and comfortable. The music is at a nice level and is soft, making it perfect for eating and conversation. Overall, a great Chinese cafe. I definitely would recommend it to anybody.
Just OK chinese food. I went to this place because of a good review it got. I was not impressed with the food in this place. I ordered Sesame Chicken and Lo Mein. The Sesame Chicken had a good taste but was very tuff. The Lo Mein was a horrible stew and was very greasy.
Cant get enuff of this food!. I started going to this reserant about a year ago and ive been hooked ever since. I like sampan but the food is fantastic . .about every 1 in 4 times. But Wok king has fantastic food 1 in 2 times. I can expect really good food every time i go in there. They cook everything you order fresh and they dont use exact measurment, they just make it and give you a huge plate full. They also have good customer service. I drive down from midvale every chance i get, just for there food. I recommend it to everyone that will listen. I asked them once why they didnt expand and start more reserants and they told me it would be to impersonel. They dont want to ever have to use food sparingly becase it has to last till the next order. Its just a really good resarant for some home style chinese food.
mouthwatering. Wok-King cafe is delicious. It is a friendly restraunt, where you know they only want to please the customer. The food is good and affordable.
So So. The decor looked nice and I liked the incense burners. Unfortunately, this was quickly offset by the loud musak which sounded like the Hammond organ version well known pop tunes; ugh! The first red flag was saltines that arrive with the egg drop soup; that's never a good sign. Actually, the soup was ok if not great. They don't have hot and sour soup. I ordered Sesame Chicken which I usually do on my first visit somewhere as a basis for comparison. I didn't like the sauce which tasted "medicine-like" to me. The texture of the chicken wasn't very good as the pieces were cut too large and had a dried out taste to them. Overall, I found this a bit better than standard mall fare but not much better. Perhaps some of their other dishes would have been better but I doubt I'll try again.
