Worst fence company I have ever dealt with. If I could give 0 stars I would. They make you work for their business. We called them and they came out for a quote. Our mistake was deciding to have them put the fence in. After them making us come to them to pay the deposit, half up front we had to call them back the next week to make the apointment for the install. They said they were too busy to do it the day the deposit was paid and that the scheduling guy was not there. We later discovered that this was B.S. A week and a half into it they came out and put the posts in and said they would be back in a week to finish after the cement cured. Week 1 no call. Week 2 no call. We called them. Material back ordered was the response. Week 3 no call We called them they said 3 days. Week 4 no call. We called them again each time complaining about the lack of communication. Just call and tell me there is a problem. Week 5 no call. We called them again and again they claim all their material is back ordered and not coming in. That is the excuse they will give you. Week 6 they showed up at 4PM and finished the fence. I don't know how to describe the unprofessional horrible customer service this company gives. I also don't know how they are still in business. I will never do business with them again even if they offered to do it for free.

Won't back warranties!!!!!. We purchased there top of the line lifetime warranty Enduris fence about one year ago. We called them to look at over 400 feet of fence that we had installed was now warping after a year! They refused to come look at our fence and told us to take pictures and submit them to the manufacture ourselves. We felt this was there job after selling us a $20,000 fence. After sending the pictures and getting a call from the manufacture they asked why Vinyl Fence Connection didn't look at the fence? I then was asked for a warranty card by the manufacture, we weren't given one only a receipt. We called Vinyl Fence Connection for a warranty card and was told they don't give them out unless you have a warranty issue! What if they go out of business and take all the lifetime warranties with them, your out of luck then. We had a manufactures rep call and get our side of the story and called us back later to let us know that Vinyl Fence Connection didn't deny our story. He said that after the problems he was pulling the Enduris account and giving it to Best vinyl here in town. When the fence was looked at to see why it warped it was determined it was installed incorrectly in the first place by Vinyl fence Connection. Since then Best Vinyl has come out and fixed our fence and we are very happy now. This company treats you great when they want your business ,but then ignores you when there is a warranty problem! Stay away from the Vinyl Fence Connection and there poor customer service. I guess this is the way that they treat all there customers that leave signs in their front yard advertising a business for a year.

Poor customer service. NO STARS from me, but have to give a rating. I had to buy some short slats to repair the gazebo area of our community park. Even though I had bought these parts there before, Craig told me they weren't their product and they would have to cut them from 16' pieces. I had no problem with that, but he said there was a company in Murray "over by the new hospital, cross the tracks" who sold the short pieces In spite of these directions I found the place *Riverside Construction* They were awesome, said these WERE Vinly Fence's product, got my pieces in about two minutes and were inexpensive. As president of our HOA board I will NOT encourage homeowners here to use Vinyl Fence when they install fences.

Bad Company. I would give this company no stars if possible. Totally unprofessional and rude!! I went in to their office in West Jordan with the intent of purchasing 400’ of fence after reading the reviews on this site. I went in and after waiting for 35 minutes for someone to help me a guy named Craig finally came out of his office and said he was too busy to help me and for me to come back next week if I still wanted some fence. The problem I have is that his office had a window and he was just sitting at his desk the whole time during my wait, then walked back in closed the door and sat back down. I would have thought customers would have been more important than sitting at a desk. I left, as did another customer that witnessed what happened. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else, this company will likely be out of business soon.

Avoid this company. If I were you I would avoid this company and go with one of the many alternatives. (Best Vinyl, Vinyl Industries, Crown Vinyl or Singleton Fence) I wish I had!!! This company did nothing they said there were going to do. The salesman we first worked with fine and said that all the right things and said that we would love our experience. That was far from the truth. First they were over three weeks late in installing the fence, saying they couldn’t get the fence material. Then they blamed not being able to get the material on my choice of fence. They said if I had chosen the more expensive fence this would not have been a problem. How does a fence company not have 6’ white privacy fence? Once they did get the fence in and I received my final bill they had added a significant amount to the original proposal amount. Again they said this wasn’t their fault, but they had installed more then they originally had planned for and I now owed for that. This was the first I heard about “more fence.” I told them their guy was the one that measured and did the bid, and I would be happy to pay the original bid amount but not more since I did not agree to it. I was then told either to pay the increased amount or they would just put a lien on my house. Who does business like this??? Like I said avoid and go with a reputable company.

Quick and on Time. From the moment I called Vinyl Fence Connection they did everything they promised from the salesman (Richard) showing up on time to give my estimate and down to the installers coming in 1 week after I paid my deposit. They told me the posts needed 1 week for the concrete to cure and sure enough they were back 1 week later to finish the job and everything turned out Great and for $300.00 less then my next closest bid.

Thanks for the great work I will use them again.

Professional Sales team and timley buisness. I had my fence installed by this company and had no problems what so ever...I spent a lot of time doing research on the vinyl industry and found that Vinyl Fence Connection had the most competitive rates and the most reliable products, backed with lifetime warranties. They were professional and affordable and i would recommend them to any one in the valley.

Avoid "The Vinyl Fence Connection" at all costs! Horrible company!. This company has a completely rude and unprofessional sales staff. There bid came in $1000.00 dollars higher than two other bids also. I would not recommend this company at all. I have never been so angry over a contractors work. Horrible!

Great Customer Service. I would highly recommend Vinyl Fence Connection to any of my friends and neighbors! We recieved an estimate from a professional and knowledgable sales person and had our fencing installed within 2 weeks! They were extremly accomidating with the new cement and landscape being installed at our home and cleaned up after they were done! They sent me a friendly reminder when my bill was due and I recieved a lifetime warranty on my material and a 5 year warranty on my installation. If ever I need vinyl fencing again, I will use Vinyl Fence Connection.

Exactly Like They Promised.. The Fence I purchased was done on time looked exactly like it did in the showroom and was very competitively priced. I will use these guys on my other properties, and would reccomend them to all my friends. Call around if you want to, but be sure and call Vinyl Fence Connection for the service and quality that they give is second to none.
