Used to be really good. What happened?. My husband and I go to this Sizzler about twice a month for the salad bar, not the cooked food. I have always been impressed with how many options they had on the salad bar.

They have recently changed the bar and took some the things I liked away. They had less fruit to choose from and the watermelon was dryed out and not fresh. They took away the avocados and they are my favorite. They also removed the marinated mushrooms, carrots, cabbage, and a few other things that I could not figure out what they were. They put in larger bowls to make it look like there is the same amount of options but I can plainly see there are less. They had only one kind of soup. Vanilla ice cream (no chocolate or swirl). The meal was $25 with tax. I did not complain to the management but I should have.

The service was really good and that made up for some of it. I doubt I will go in as often and may have to try another Sizzler and see if they have a better salad bar.

Salt Lake's best resraurant!. Sizzler on 7800s and 1477 W is exceptional!! The restaurant has become one of my favorite as of late. The service is unbeleivable and the food is top of the line. The whole atmosphere is really inviting and makes me want to come back. I would reccomend this restaurant to anyone! Oh ya, the best part is, is that it's so cheap! Sizzler is where it's at!

Sizzler Rocks!. I went to Sizzler with my husband last night to relief the stress of our Tax Pay Day (no refund here). I have to say I am not a chain restaurant person, but I would recommend this Sizzler location to everyone. The service was great, better than some expensive restaurants I have been to. The waitress wasn't over bearing with her attention. Nothing worse than when they keep on coming or say something everytime they walk by.....good timing and no awkward food in my mouth moments. The food was great! The Salad bar is cold and fresh and Yum! I am the salad bar freak and nothing worse than when its all taking its last breath. Its April and I have no idea where the got the sweet juicy watermelon from this time of year. My husband had his fill of steak and fresh lobster and was a happy camper. His only complaint was that a beer would have made it complete. The store manager was attentive to everyone as he walked through and checked on his customers. Kudos to your General Manager and his staff!! No need to go pay 200.00 for steak and lobster. Oh, and what did you do to those mushrooms? They tasted like steak! Thank you for a wonderful evening and helping relief our tax day stress with a wonderful meal. Did I mention how clean everything was? Thanks again, Jim and Sonia Sullivan

Consistantly Good. My wife and I went to sizzler last Saturday night. they were lined out the door. It took us about 25 minutes to get thru the line and place our order. after that we had to wait about 2 or 3 minutes for a table. We often patronize this restaurant and we always love it. The food is always good. The steaks are good quality usually pretty tender. They have some great seafood, I love the Steak and Colossal Shrimp. The Salmon is always fresh and very good. My wife usually just has the Salad Bar and loves it. This time I had an issue with my steak being overcooked. I mentioned it to our server the manager came by and appologized and offered to get us another one. I told him that I didn't have time to wait for another steak as we were on our way to a movie. He refunded my meal and gave me certificates for another time and let me eat my meal. Where do you see anyone standing behind their product like this. Cudos to Sizzzler.
