Poor Service. We have purchased shoes from here in the past and had not had an issue until just recently. I purchased a pair of North Face shoes for Christmas that I took with me on vacation. The first day that I wore them, the stitch in the toe started to come undone. By the end of the 10 day trip, the stitch was completely exposed. I took the shoes back to the store 13 days after I purchased them and was told that I abused them, and that they would not issue a full credit. They would give me 80% of the previous value to be used on any other shoe. I think it's a little ridiculous that after less than 2 weeks they are not willing to guarantee their shoes. I find it even crazier that they believe that I purposely damaged the shoes. I will not be back.

great shoe store. I drive 50 miles to buy shoes at this store. I just love the selection and prices. The owners are Korean and have lived here for years. They are great people. I have had shoes that came unstiched after several months (1 time only) and I took them back. Mr.Ossine had me take them into a shoe repair shop where they were fixed, free of charge to me. I have never had any problems with any of the other numerous pairs of shoes I have bought over the years.

I feel bad that some people want to make issues out of stuoid things, like their dogs. They are behind the counter and seem very well behaved. I have never been unhappy with the service. There are times that their busy that you may have to wait a bit,but this happens at most stores if their busy. Their prices and selection is better than any other shoe store I've been. I would highly recommend this store. If you have teenagers that want the latest styles they will be alot less here than the mall. You should see for yourself.

My husband has a very narrow foot. He cannot buy standard width shoes, The owner shoed us a catalog with narrow width shoes. We were able to order shoes that fit his foot and had them in about a weeks time. If you have special problems with you r feet this is the place to go. I buy all our families shoes at this store.

Wonderful Place for Jordans. I love this place. Last time I bought a shoe there was around three years ago. My dad brought me there to buy me a birthday gift. I wanted the new jordan retro 8 -blue/purple that was going to be release 3 days from that day. I browse throughout the store, but there was nothing I wanted until i saw the retro 8 sitting on the counter. I ask them if i can buy it and the lady said that they won't release them until Saturday. So I sigh... and ask them if i can hold them since i really want them for my birthday. She said "you know what, if you can buy it now we'll sell it to you?" I was shocked, so my dad paid for it and we left happy. I was very glad to have them since that Saturday release at foot locker was sold out immediately, i had mine before it even came out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

DO NOT SHOP HERE! YOU WILL BE SORRY. I had a very bad experience here. The owner of the store helped my husband. We measured and needed a wide size, but the owner didn't have them so he sold us what he said would be wide enough. He was wrong and of course he will not allow us to return them. The shoe fit is miserable. This guy is just a owner of a shoe store. He is not a foot expert. He tried to contradict everything our pediatrist wanted us to purchase. He just wants you to make a purchase of course. His prices are way too high so expect to pay full retail for everything. Now that I think about it, I had a bad experience there 10 years ago with one of my children! I should have known better than to return. I think one star is too high of a rating!

great store in west jordan for shoes. i am currently employed at this store and i really like working here i have worked her for a long time now and i have learned a lot. we do not have a website but feel free to come in and order some shoes at a low and amazing price. The reason we do not accept certain returns is because it does not meet the standards of our return policy. If the shoes have been worn or is after a long period of time then we can not take them back plus you must also have your reciept. We do offer free foot analyzations. Ms. and Mr. ossine have a great business our main goal at the store is to help customers find the shoe that will fit there feet right and help them overall. They are very nice and respectfull to people and i have had a great experience working here it has made me the adult i am today.

Awesome store. Ive bought my shoes for the last 10 years from Ossine Shoes after discovering them driving by, wish had found sooner, Huge selections, Great prices, free foot exams that actually recomend shoes based on the needs of your foot, not some "girl on the wall"!

Yes there are dogs too! I guess its wrong to love animals?! Everytime ive shopped there the cashier leaves her dogs alone long enough to ring me up! what else could you ask for? And yes they do not take refunds or exchanges, But when ever is it smart to buy shoes for someone else unless they have tried that exact shoe? Would recommend for anyone who needs pair of good in style shoes at a fair price. get the free exam, everytime i have done he reccomends a cheaper shoe! would a crimenal do that

A man who knows how to help solve foot problems. I went to Ossine shoes about 2 years ago. Mr. Ossine had me take off my shoes and do an assessment on my feet. He put me in the Brook addiction walker, and sold me some great inserts for flat feet. If you are overweight, have flat feet, or knees that hurt go to this store and buy this shoe. Since that day I have bought 3 more pairs of the shoe as it wears out and I am going today to get more. Mr. Ossine really cares and my foot doctor now sends people there. He says the inserts are better than the customized inserts he makes. And I don't wear the custom ones anymore. I can walk through Walmart for hours now and I am okay. I wear these shoes everyday. Also if your feel hurt get the insoles. His wife does seem a little snotty but the dogs are cute and I think it is just a cultural thing, and he really can't get anyone else to understand feet like he does. So make sure he helps you himself or he supervises what his staff does. His prices are great, and if I ordered the same shoe on the internet I would pay $20 more.

Worst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced!!!. My husband bought me a pair of shoes from this store for Christmas but they were too small.

When I went to exchange them an Asian woman behind the counter was so rude! She had three little dogs on the counter that she was much more interested in. I was trying to be really nice and just wanted to exchange the shoes for a different size.

While waiting for them to check in their supply room to see if my size was available, I told to woman that I thought her dogs were cute but she was a total witch to me!!! What a snotty brat!!!

When the employee came back with the closest size they had, I tried them on and they were too small. The woman just told me to "shove my foot in them and they would stretch." I told her I couldn't even get them in the shoe and she said "Go find something else then"

I didn't want any other kind and didn't have time to argue with her but I will be going back with my receipt to get a cash return so I can go to either Famous Footwear or Foot Locker to get the shoes I wanted.

Probably wouldn't have been such a big deal if the OWNER'S WIFE wouldn't have been so down right rude!

Worst customer service! I've had better customer service experiences at Taco Bell from a 16 year old high school student.

They've for sure lost my business, I will never go back and I will make sure to let my friends know of their AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Great...IF. they have great prices IF you know what you want and are 100% sure of your purchase. Don't expect to be able to return anything easily. Also, if it's busy there don't even bother going in because there is often only one guy working the floor and even though he does a good job he is still just one guy (although he seems to know what he's talking about - which is more than can be said for most sporting goods stores that sell shoes).

Bad customer service. I do not recommend that you buy from this outfit snotty attitude will not take back returns that I was not satisfied with told to send it back to the company. How many stores in salt lake do you go too that tell you that you have to ship the item back to the manufacture to get your money.

They also gave me a receipt to send with the item that was more than I paid for! Dishonest!!!!!
