Horrible experience. Beyond belief! Do not use this guy!. I don't know where to begin it was so bad.....On a family trip we blew the engine en route from SLC to Lake Tahoe. Broke down right at Wendover exit, and Mr. Tow brought it to shop in Wendover. Next day determined it needed to be towed to Tooele at a dealership, my road assistance would not cover him. Advised we needed to use another tow, he got upset would not let the other tow truck company pick up car and extorted $200 before releasing. I was more than happy to pay for his services, but he took advantage of a bad situation. He was also the owner of Mr. Tow.
