BEST RATES AND SERVICE in the Valley. After calling all over the valley for locksmiths, Tod's came recommended from a neighbor. He is very professional, courteous, reliable, ON TIME and most reasonable rates in the valley. I would use Tod again, and call him first before anyone else. Great service, great rates, and I am a very satisfied customer.
