I have never received better customer service! Mark went above and beyond to help me out. I have seriously never been treated better anywhere. I would 100% recommend this shop.

I would never go any where else!. I've been taking my car here for 4 years. I've had mechanics that try to take advantage of non-mechanically inclined females before but these guys are great. Mark and Chris run a quick and friendly service and are not just easy to work with, they are fair too.

I've had my children go in for minor things and sometimes when I go to settle up I am told "no charge" just bring it back if something big is wrong. They are good to the kids and very helpful.

This is a good business to get in the habit of using.

Don't take you car HERE if its 10+ years old!. I recently took my car in to get aligned but they told me that it was impossible to do, along with giving me a list of things that were wrong with it. Told me it would be $1800 to fix (about the worth of the car).

Took it to another shop and they fixed everything for less than $300 and kindly told me that HILLSIDE just didn't want to do the required work and gave me extremely dramatized information.

Great place for newer vehicles, but don't waste your time otherwise.

I trust these guys with my daughter's car!. Just a note to one of the posters above: Randy is the manager of the Draper store, not the Sandy store. I have been taking my cars to Hillside in Sandy for over 15 years. Being a blonde female, I have found a lot of places that have tried to rip me off over the years. I trust Mark, Chris and the other guys there implicitly. They always make me and my family aware of any specials they are running, give advice based on what is best for us and our situation, not on their being able to make a buck, do all work in a timely manner and even make great recommendations about towing companies, body shops, etc. Anyone who knows these guys knows that they are completely honest and hard working. It seems like everytime I am in there there are a group of regulars that have been going there as long as, or longer than I have. We have all come to know each other somewhat and all completely trust these guys. I even feel like I can send my 17 year old daughter in there for her car needs and these guys are going to treat her fairly and with respect. I could not recommend any business anywhere more highly than I recommend Hillside Tire in SANDY.

They try to rip you off, don't go here.. Basically, I asked these guys for a quote via phone, which I approved of. I went in, they looked up my quote, and went to work. When I went to pay, it was about $40 more than the quote. I said, "Wait, that's not what I quoted." Their owner, Randy, said, "Oh okay. Let me fix that. It's not that much though." I said, "Actually it is." I mean, do these guys know anything about upholding a quote? And then telling me $40 is change? I'm sure they'll consider $40 to be "nothing" when doing your receipt too. Don't go here.

Recommended. My family has been going here for years. The owner is a great guy and I highly recommend this place.
