Great tuxedo and service. I rented a tuxedo for my work Christmas party last weekend. Tuxedo Junction helped me find the right style to wear. They showed me all my options and the girls who helped me really knew their stuff. My wife said I looked great. If you need a tux, I'd recommend this place.

We'll be back. We arrived at Tuxedo Junction to rent 9 tuxedos for a wedding, 24 minutes before they closed on a Saturday.

Anna(the Manager) was so helpful and very calming to my daughter who came in a bit flustered. We had not made any final decisions when I noticed that it was 5:10. The store was closed at 5:00. Anna assured us that she was happy to stay and get us taken care of, which she indeed did! She gave my daughter many options in a way that was not overwhelming, and when we finally had all of the color and style choices made, it was after 6:00. Anna had stayed for an hour on a Saturday to help us complete the order.

I'd call that amazing customer service! All 9 tux's were ready well before we needed them, and were in perfect condition. I wish all of the other wedding arrangments were as smooth as the tux rental.

Tux rental. I had a GREAT experience renting a Tux for my wedding here. Anna (the manager) and Teresa were both very attentive and listened to our desires. They got the Tux I wanted in early to try on, and everything was perfect. I am not sure why the other reviewer had such a bad experience, but I can assure you, mine was great!

Great service, great selection, and they got it right. What more could you ask for?

Want the right order? They'll call the Cops on you for it. I could not believe the disrespect I received at this store. This company could care less about their customers and no one could pay me a million dollars to ever go there again. I arrived the day before my wedding to pick up my fiances tux to find not only was it the wrong color but the wrong size. When I asked for the manager and told her what the problem was she was very apathetic and was no help at all. She basically laughed it off and told us the only option was to go right that minute to the warehouse downtown to pick up the right tux (in rush hour traffic 20 minutes before our wedding dinner) or to come back tomorrow at 10:45 (in the middle of our wedding.) I explained to her that we did not have the time and asked that she have one of her 4 sales assistances that were sitting there twiddling their thumbs to go to the warehouse to get the correct tux but she would not. Not only was she unconcerned to fix THEIR mistake she threatened to call the cops on me because I told her that she needed to do something because this was their mistake not ours. How pitiful that a company threatens to call the cops on a crying bride for potentially ruining her whole wedding and clearly not caring at all for their customers. Not only would they not help in getting the right tux, they would not give us a discount at all. How ridiculous it is when a store clearly makes a mistake and wont take any initiative to fix it, they have your money so you're on your own. I would not recommend this store to my enemies. This was the worst customer service I have ever received, and a company that deals with special occasions should be bending over backwards to make sure everything is right. If you want everything to fall apart for your special day, this is by far the place to go. If you want to get the cops called on you for wanting your order right; this is the store for you.
