They will kick you when you are down!!. They stole my last 400 dollars and closed my accounts because I was 45 days late on a credit card due to hardship from a sick spouse. its the first time in 10 loyal years that I have been 45 days late on anything. They showed no sympathy towards my situation, or to the fact that I have been such a loyal member!

Very racist and condescending. I went ahead and applied for one of the accounts at this union. As a black person I can analyze quickly if people just do not understand how to be around different people of ethnic backgroumds. The woman who assisted me was not personable, and somewhat condescending. I had that feeling that they probably thought I would have nothing to offer. Well their loss. They need to train them with some diversity sensitivity classes. Rude service and probably one of the worst credit unions I have ever dealt with. First impressions are everything and I am definitely telling my peeps to stay away from them.

very bad hours. this has been the hardest bank to get info from after hours. I dont get off work until after 6pm. and if i didn't have a computer i would never beable to get any account info. this is very frustrating and i think they need to address this issue. it has just been very bad service hours!!!!

Upset with collection Dept. I cosigned on a loan and the the person that received the loan applied for bankruptcy which held me responsible. I understood this but the credit union didn't help. In fact it ended costing me over double for the payoff of the loan. Not very nice people to work with.

I would suggest not joining this financial institute..

Never Again. Over all this is a horrible credit union. I had nothing but problems from day one with them messing up on my checking account as well as my Visa Credit Card. I am now with America First Credit Union who has been wonderful.
