Ronie's for the love of birds is a amazing small business. I was very much impressed with the level of knowledge that Ronie shared with me about my pet cockatiel of 14 years. She made several recommendations for caring for my bird. She groomed him by trimming his nails/wings and cleaning his nostrils. She was very gentle but quick. I was surprised that it was so affordable. You can tell that Ronie has a passion for what she does and it shows. Definitely the go to place when you are owner of a bird.

Wild Bird Behavioral Advice Second To None. For a while we were having a problem with our male Eclectus "Sir Bud." He was getting more and more difficult and we could not figure out why. Ronie pointed out that the bird owns us and was feeling disrespected. We ascertained that he had been covered for many days at a time at his previous home. After weeks of trial and error we figured out that not only did he not want to be covered at night, he preferred the top to be removed from his "condo" so he doesn't feel caged. He is potty trained so we decided to leave it open. He became a wonderful bird almost overnight. He occasionally hikes to the kitchen to see if he can find treasures in the dishwasher and when he's finished he walks back to his home and climbs up on his perch for the rest of the day. He has earned our trust and we would have never figured him out without Ronie's wise advice.

Excellent place for birds and owners. Ronie knows what she's doing, and what she's talking about. She's been the best groomer for my macaw, and loves every bird she works with. All the associates are knowledgeable and her birds are in good health.

Only thing "down" i have is with the selection of food/ect... due to the small size of the store. But, though they can't hold a lot on location, it's worth the business.
