I didn't think the prices where all
that bad, as far as certain equiptment. Although I did see a starfish partially eaten by another habitant in the tank. Some of the fish were stressed and others didn't look so healthy. But on the other hand, I liked that I was greeted when I walked in and the sales team had no problem answering any questions, despite my lack of interest in purchasing anything at the time. (Which was expressed). and they still came back to ask if I had any others questions. I ended up purchasing a water test kit and a tank Magfloat, for giving me the time and their interest in helping me, no matter my intention of spending.
They sure do have a pretty store and their prices reflect it. Very expensive fish, small sizes, and inexperienced staff. I did find a cool fish when I was there before Christmas but it took the guy three try's to catch and bag it. He finally had to ask for help and the "supervisor" wasn't much better. If you are going on a field trip this is your place. If you want great advice or a good deal, its not really the place. They seem to do a lot of fresh and other pet stuff and I am only into reef fish so, pass.
