Seco No Seco. My husband and I ate at El Inti tonight. We ordered two appetizers and one entree to split, called Seco, a beef and lima bean dish. When the dish arrived, there were no lima beans in it. Two Peruvian customers at the next table came in AFTER us, also ordered Seco, and received the dish properly prepared. When we confronted the waitress, she LIED and said the other customers had phoned in a reservation for Seco! When I had just heard the other customers earlier, in Spanish, place their order for Seco for their meal!!! The restaurant gave us $3 off the dish and the waitress continued to stick to her lie. Needless to say, we are not Peruvian. What a horrible way to run a business. Talk about discrimination!!! Prior to tonight's visit, we had been to El Inti several times before and enjoyed it. Now we will never go back and will tell everyone we know and meet not to go there.

The dining room was very hot and uninviting. The menu said each dish is prepared fresh so please be patient. when our food finally came out over an hour later the server didn't give us silverware and promptly disappeared again. I had to get up and get my own silverware. the food would have been better at chuck-o-rama. One of the worst dining experiences in my life.

La Calandria is absolutely fabulous. The food is great especially the shredded beef enchiladas and the chicken suiza.
The service is wonderful. The staff must be be family owned. They remember the last time you were there. It is wonderful.

Best ribs in all of Salt Lake. La Calandria has the best mexican food that I have ever tasted. Their Ribs are to die for. They are just the right spice, not too mild and not too spicy; however if you like things hot all you have to do is ask and you shall receive. The service is impecible, never a dull moment. Everyone works their butts off to make sure your visit is the absolute best. Their prices are very reasonable for the amount of food that you receive. You get a ton of food and the chips and salsa are excellent. We have taken alot of friends and family to La Calandira and they always go back time and time again.
