Place is great! Went in for a holiday gift for myself and got all and more then i wanted. My custom box was built in just 3 days and at an affordable price. Friendly staff and awesome store. Funny thing too, when I went in to pick up my car Big Al from the jazz was in! Anyways, ive been a repeat customer for over a decade and would definitely recommend.

Terrible service. I recently had a stereo system installed by this place. I dealt with an initially very friendly salesman named Rob. I bought a head unit, subwoofer and amplifier. The salesman told me that they would mount my amp on the back seat. The salesman told me that they would run the RCA cables separate from the power cables back to the trunk. The salesman told me that they would put something on the bottom of the subwoofer to keep it from sliding around in my trunk. None of those things happened. Substandard in every way.

Everything worked so I did not think too much of it but was a bit disappointed in what I got for my money.

Later, when I started having trouble with the head unit, I called and was told that they would be able to swap it out in about an hour, just call and make an appointment. This sounded great until I called, made an appointment and showed up.

When faced with actually having to do something to back their products up I was told that I would have to leave my car with them for "a couple of days" for them to troubleshoot the issue. Or they could take the head unit out and leave me without a stereo for at least 2 weeks. He was rude about it and offered no other options as he apparently just wanted me out of the store.

None of this was acceptable. And when confronted with it, the salesman acted like I was being unreasonable for expecting them to keep their word. And as I walked out the door, the salesman was making snide comments about customers and warranties clearly aimed at me.

Avoid! Or if you must use them, get EVERY detail in writing and get a signature on it. But really, don’t waste your time or money there are plenty of other worthy shops in the valley.

Always great service. The first time I used Innovative, I'd had it with my car alarm. It kept draining my battery. In frustration, I pulled it out by its wires. They took us immediately and professionally completed the "repair".

Next, we had a new truck and had the dealer install a car alarm. What we didn't know is that the dealer used RC Willey for the install. After a while, the door locks wouldn't engage. It didn't take Innovative long to find that the initial install wasn't done very well and that our alarm was dangling by a wire. They fixed the problem the first time.

Horrible, avoid like the plague!. Installed a remote start on my car, had a ton of issues and after about 8 return trips, finally got something that works "alright". For the full story, visit innovativecaraudiosucks(dot)(com)

Yes, I registered the domain to share the horror story to try to help others avoid these guys.

never, ever, step foot into this place. I went into this place in order to order a set of four jacks for a Bose car stereo/deck. They did not have it in stock, but said that they would order it in for me. It was a special order, so I pre-paid it. Over the next couple of months, the order never came in. They finally acknowledged that they couldn't get it. I finally asked them for a refund, but the owner of the store would not refund my money, stating that they "did not refund on special order electronic parts." This, despite that they could not get the part in.
