One battery, four bay doors open , five employees and its taken 1 hour to change... I started laughing after the first half hour when I saw an old guy barely being able to carry my battery into the back and saying you're almost done..;-) honestly 20 minutes just to have the lady enter my battery into the system...and im still here even though she said it would take 20 minutes for the change..…So after 1 hour 15 minutes I demanded to see the manager. The manager explained to me that I had cars ahead of me..I asked to see the work tickets which he proceeded to pull.. As we went over the work tickets we realized that there were no cars ahead of me and that the TWO oil changes he said were ahead of me closed out 10 minutes after my arrival....Uhhhh BUSTED... So I will be calling his manager and explaining that 1 hour 30 minutes for a battery change is Humerous at best and I will be letting everyone know on all my social media review sites... Funny last bit is that the manager tried to give me a 10% discount on my battery and it took him 10 minutes to figure it out which after 8 minutes I proceeded to tell him that "$10 is not worth my time anymore please let me go I will do anything if you just let me go home..yelling outloud "There's no place like home there's no place like home" while one of the patrons watching and over hearing this started laughing and I started crying… moral of this review or TIP is that these guys are waaaaaaaayyyy un organized I would not take your car or truck here for anything if a Battery change with Two Bolts took them this long.
