Big store, can usually find what you need, has a service center which is nice in some cases. Pep Boys gets my business mainly because it is in a convenient location. They have a good selection of tools and parts among other things. Certain things/brands they sell have questionable quality . The parts department is absolutely horrid! It may take 1 or 2 or 3 calls to get them to pick up and then when you go down to get a part at the parts counter theres either nobody there or if theyre occupied they dont acknowledge you and let you know they will be with you in 10 seconds, a minute, a few days.... thats probably my biggest rant. the parts counter.
