Mean and Dishonest. I tried to use a BOGO coupon from fuddsclub their email customer loyalty program that was valid, not expired and showed their address right on the coupon. I was treated by the manager on duty like I was trying to pull off some great scam. Really seems smart to take customers that are loyal enough to join your loyalty email program and treat them like dirt. I will never again darken the door of this establishment. Good luck surviving with business practices like this. My advice go across the street to five guys or down town to acme burger company both are superior in every way.

Build a seriously hefty hamburger at this fast food joint with a diner-like atmosphere.. In Short
Red-shirted, black-bibbed attendants serve grilled burgers made from freshly ground beef, turkey, salmon, and even ostrich sandwiched by buns that are baked in-house daily. Hungry patrons gussy up the meat at a condiment bar stocked with lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos and a variety of sauces, then take a seat at tables topped with a black-and-white checkered tablecloths. Sides of cole slaw, baked beans and wedge-shaped fries complete the picture.

One of the Worst.... I'm not a really tough critic, but this was one of the worst experiences ever. I was met up front with VERY poor customer service that continued through my brief stay. The cashiers were rude and didn't at all try to accomodate my easy request for a change to an item on the menu. The food was average at best and, in my opinion WAY overpriced for what it was. The only positive in the whole experience was when I walked out knowing that I'll never visit again.

Nasty food and Poor service. I was really exicited to try this place but was saddly disapointed. The burger was OK but the service truely sucked. The price was a bit high for what you get and lest not talk about the warm condiments.

Listen to that little voice. I should have listened to that little voice inside my head that said, "don't eat the mayonnaise, it doesn't smell right"...but no, I ate it anyway and paid the price.

I'd like to tell this restaurant two things: 1. they don't need "servers" because the customer is placing his own order and picking it up at the window - so why does some teenaged girl come up and say, "Hi, my name is Katie and I'm your server?" Serve what? I served myself! and 2. keep the mayonnaise COLD!

Best Burger in Utah. Fresh made buns & Huge burgers. Put on an many pickles & as few onions as you want. I recommend a little of the Fudrucker fry sauce on the burger as well. Bottomless beverages. I have never left hungry.

Best Burgers in Happy Valley!. If you like your burgers big and cooked to order, this is the only place in the Prove/Orem vicinity. Their menu changes often with a lot of good new choices, but you can always come back for the burgers.
