Just took my daughter's trumpet in to have a small dent repair and was quoted a $5 dollar charge. When I got the trumpet back 5 minutes later he had fixed 3 different dents and straightened the alignment. They still only would accept $5.

Great service! Friendly employees! Integrity!

Won't take returns. I bought the wrong size mutes for my drum set and wanted t return them and they do not allow returns. Guitar City will be the only place I shop for music supplies from now on.

I now see why they had to downsize their store in West Valley. Customers will never return.
