Highly Recommended.
I would highly recommend Dr. John Taylor to anyone needing a professional, compassionate and highly skilled therapist.
Dr. Taylor has helped me deal with many life issues including addiction, depression and divorce. I have learned many skills from him that I have been able to successfully integrate into my everyday life.
I have been treated by Dr. Taylor for over a year and have NEVER seen any of the negative aspects mentioned by a previous reviewer. Dr. Taylor has always been respectful of me, my time and of the therapeutic process.
Dr. Taylor is truly an outstanding therapist who is dedicated to the well-being of his patients. I recommend him without reservation.
Best Psychologist Ever!. Dr. Taylor is far-and-away the best psychologist I've ever seen (incl sev. on the East Coast). He treats me as an individual, he is always prepared for my visits (incl reviewing notes BEFORE I get there, which is on HIS time), and he has given me tools that I can actually apply to my life, instead of quoting the usual "psycho-babble" that other psychologists seem to tout. He can be firm when needed but is never condescending, and I ALWAYS feel better when I leave his office. He has assisted me with my disability claims, again on HIS time, and has done a thorough, professional job. My life would be much more difficult without the "skills" he has taught me, and I would recommend him unconditionally to anyone with depression and/or similar mental health issues. A rare gem in his field!
Worst Counselor in Town. Poor business practices, seemed only interested in making money than healing families. Mis-scheduled appointments and took other calls during our session. Was not an advocate for the children. Neither my children nor myself could recommend him.
