The Scene
Walking down Park City's Main Street is an exercise in artistic judgment. With so many galleries, it's hard to know what to skip and where to linger. Bottom line: If you're going to buy, buy it at Artworks Gallery. Located smack in the center of Main, Artworks specializes in gadgets that double as precious works of art. The shop derives its name from local and out-of-state artists who create the exclusive inventory.
Good For
Home accents like pottery, dinnerware, clocks, mirrors, vases, frames, mobiles and even night lights. Among the most beautiful items are the blown-glass menorahs from the Judaica gift collection. You'll also want to take a look at the handcrafted jewelry and colorful sun-catchers.
Who's Buying
A friendly mix of locals, designers and discerning tourists. You'll also spot teenagers buying Venetian glass and "pocket angels."
What You'll Spend
Anywhere from $100 for a menorah to $30 for a sun-catcher to $1 for a pocket angel.
