Worst Service Ever!!!

Worst service I have ever received!!! Upon inquiring about the price of one of the prints, the owner of the store felt it necessary to talk down and rude to my family and I about not knowing the specific artist. His actual words were "this is a business not a museum, the price doesn't matter unless you are buying." I would never give this jerk off my business!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GALLERY

I made a purchase at Flat Rabbet arranging for the item to be shipped. The Owner, David, sent a full size framed picture with NO PACKING MATERIALS. The picture arrived damaged; shattered glass, damaged frame, the picture scratched up from the shattered glass. The gallery owner, David, refuses to cure the problem, by either shipping a replacement or refunding the money, and curses wildly on the phone when I call.
