Great LOCAL shop.
I visited MAX snowboards in FEB 2011 & had a great experience! The guys at the shop are very knowlegable & have a fantastic selection of gear! Andy (the owner) takes pride in his business - he even set me up with a private snowboard lesson (which was very helpful as I am new to snowboarding) and gave a recommendation for a spa day - (the St. Regis - awesome).
Great experience and plan to return in MARCH 2012!

Dishonest but love to take your money!. I was sold a faulty pair of boots here and which I tried to return but because I wore them once (and found out they were faulty) they wouldn't take them back. They told me "No one will accept returns" This is false. Just because they are okay with being dishonest doesn't mean everyone is. If you guys are looking for gear and don't want screwed go to Dogfunk at least they will return faulty gear and they treat you good too!
