Editorial Review for Eating Establishment – by Kristen Gould Case
The Scene
Two brick rooms feature sandstone-colored stucco walls, tile floors, fireplaces and photographs of southern Utah. Though it's open for lunch and dinner, it's breakfast that this classic spot is known for. Recovering partiers come to hangover central for stick-to-your-ribs breakfasts that are served until late afternoon.
The Food
In addition to breakfast, burgers, club sandwiches, fish and chips, grilled cheese and salads are offered for lunch. For dinner, there are barbecue specialties, salads, steak, trout, halibut and pastas. There's also a great kids' menu available. If you're looking for a real gut-buster, try the Hungry Miner with seasoned potatoes, melted cheddar cheese topped with basted eggs and onion, ham, green pepper and mushrooms. Other rib stickers include huevos rancheros; corned beef hash and eggs; or biscuits and gravy. The delicious Park City omelette is stuffed with avocado, mushroom, tomato, onion and melted jack cheese and sprouts.

Menu is all-American Diner fare from the Reuben to the club. Service was good and waitstaff knowledgeable of foodproduct and wine list. Nice casual dining - The ambiance was warm and comfortable on a cold Park City night.
Pros: Casual, Fair priced

Simple American food for undiscriminate taste to stuff yourself if you need calories. Lots of fried stuff. Cafeteria like atmosphere with unprofessional but nice service.
Pros: totally relaxed
Cons: bland food, no sourdoughbread, no expresso coffe
