Terific Valentine's Day Find. For once, we chose the right place to go for Valentine's Day. The food and atmosphere were terrific, our server Robin was attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable in a non-intrusive way. Tom is the greatest host, greeting us cheerfully and attending to our needs the moment we stepped into the place and right before we left. I had the scallops and my wife had the tenderloin, and they were exactly the right selections for us.

A highlight of our trip!. We enjoyed our experience at Chez Betty so much that I recommended my best friend consider it for her upcoming engagement dinner. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent and creative. Prices are comparable to other nice restaurants in Park City.

A rustically cozy, yet elegant, restaurant tucked away in a corner of bustling Park City.. The Scene
Located inside the Copperbottom Inn, this popular eatery is just off Park Avenue. Betty, the restaurant's namesake goldfish, reigns over a dining room awash in white linens and earth-toned walls. The clientele is made up of well-kempt locals and in-the-know visitors. An eclectic collection of plates makes every dish a surprise. Fireplaces, knickknacks, old family photos and race-car models finish the restaurant's homey feel.

The Food
Reductions and fresh, seasonal ingredients are the keys to the seasonal menu. Creative pairings include smoked salmon ravioli and wild mushroom crepes. Sauteed French Burgundy escargot is presented in a puff pastry with garlic, tomatoes, red peppers and country ham. Other notable entrees include sauteed scaloppine of turkey breast with shrimp and artichokes, and the popular rack of lamb marinated in garlic and herbs.

A Perfect Night !. One of the most fantastic meals we have ever had. The food, service and atmosphere was exceptional. We were personally greated by the owner and chef as we entered and we were blown away by the entire expierence. All 4 of us had something different, yet we all were very impressed with our meals. We are NYC residents and have a mulitude of fantastic restaurants in our backyard. We are certainly tough critics. Chez Betty compares to any of the world renown NYC restuarants. Chef Jerry Garcia is a legend!! Can't wait to go back!!

Well-done, Chez Betty!. We can't decide if it is the food, the comfortable ambiance, the exceptional service or growing wine list that keeps us coming back - It's all superb! Chef Jerry never disappoints, Tom is great with the conversation and the wine, and the wait staff is superior to any in Utah. Well-done, Chez Betty!
