The Scene – Patsy Cline, Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, and other country favorites fill the jukebox--two songs for a quarter. Located in the heart of Park City's Main Street, Bandits' is a local favorite. Formerly Texas Red's Pit Barbecue and Chili Parlor, this long, casual spot is a great spot to take kids--noise is not a problem here. – – The Food – Expect authentic Texas-sized portions of barbecued ribs, chicken, and pork along with its award-winning, two-alarm chili. But don't limit yourself to ribs, try the chicken-fried steak or blackened catfish for a real Texas…

Great barbeque, good family spot, friendly and rapid service. Its on the list of restaurants where I dine every time I visit park city.
- Pros: Best BBQ in Park City
- Cons: Feels a like a nice Sizzler inside
Avoid if you can

Nice atmosphere and convenient location - but that's all. We've made a simple order of Buffalo wings, beer, Margarita and Baby Back ribs with baked potatoes. Wings arrived within 10 minutes, but no plates, utensils or even napkins. I had to wait for my beer for 10 more minutes. Plus, we got 1 wet napkin (for 2 persons) and 2 paper towels. Some of the wings were raw inside. Another 20 minutes and couple of reminders to a waitress - our ribs appeared. Again, no plates, utensils or napkins. Summary - potatoes were undercooked, ribs terrible, tasteless and the second pack (on the bottom of the plate) even smell bad. Service is absent. The worst experience in a Deer Valley and, I would say, among everything I've tried in this hemisphere. Don't waste your time, money and nerves.
- Pros: Ambience, location
- Cons: Food, Service
Very Dissapointed

I am a long time Park City resident and have been coming to this restaurant since they opened. I have always greatly enjoyed their food, service and atmosphere. However, this evening a few friends and I came in for apres ski drinks and appetizers. I am appalled at the new pricing.
A total of $80 for 5 beers, an Irish Coffee, 3 shots of Jagermeister and 1 plate of Zucchini is crazy. We were very suprised at $8 Jager shots and did the math. The industry standard on alcohol is 300%. A mark up of 950% is simply ridiculous and price gouging. The Ski resorts don't even charge that much of a mark up on alcohol. All of my friends and I have worked in the restaurant industry for a combined total of about 30 years. Even in this town that mark up seems exceedingly exorbitant.
We would really like to come back to Bandits but at this pricing will find hard to do so. We are continuously asked where to go in town by tourists, and in the past have always recommend Bandits. We find it very hard to continue to recommend Bandits to tourists and new locals alike, knowing that this new pricing is so much higher compared to other bars and restaurants with in walking distance.
