The Scene
This is a great place to stop with the family after a day of skiing or meet friends for an evening of chips, salsa, salt, and limes mixed with your favorite firewater.
The Food
The folks at Baja have been cookin' up some of Utah's largest burritos since 1983. Proud of the healthy but filling offerings, Baja uses no lard and all of their bean and rice dishes are fat-free. Using only the freshest ingredients, the cooks have been known to create specials like shrimp fajitas and salmon enchiladas. End your meal with a dessert of fried ice cream in a crunchy tostada shell--this dining experience is not to be missed. Prices are reasonable, and evenings can be crowded, but the wait is never too long.

I always love coming up from SL to visit this place. I think the restaurant has a fun atmosphere. I have been here several times now. The servers are average and the service is average but the food is yummy. I like the chicken chimichangas the best! Good price and usually not a huge wait.

This is some of the best Mexican food that I have eaten. The staff are very friendly, the atmosphere is fun. Love the Hot Chocolate! For Park City, the prices are extremely reasonable and you get a lot of food. Fun place and great food.

I love this place! The staff is very friendly and the the atmosphere is fun. The food is consistently great and the Margaritas are delicious!! Last night my girlfriends and I went out for dinner. We had so much fun and the food was fabulous. I was really full but couldn't resist an after dinner coffee drink. I love this restaurant and tell all my friends.
