Waitress said their specialty is Fish and Chips---I agree!!!. I went to this restaurant on a date in May 2008 and I ordered the recommended Fish and Chips-----they were delicious and worth every single calorie. I very rarely order anything fried but since the waitress said that these were their specialty I had to try them.

I also enjoyed the atmosphere in the patio seating area. All in all, everything about this restaurant, including the beers I only sampled (as I was going to drive soon after) was wonderful!

Very Good Time. Lay back, sip on some great beer and have a good time. My wife,son and I shared some pizza and drank some beers. The waitress was very nice and the pizza was tasty. We liked the atmoshere and the prices were reasonable. If you like beer with no taste or body(ie Budweiser) you probably will not like Wastash. Wastash does avoid one of the main problems with MicroBrews.The beer is not heavy or yeasty. It has a good taste and a clean finish.

Casual and fun, Park City's original brewery is a favorite of both tourists and locals.. The Scene
Everyone can unwind and relax here, and that's just the way it should be. For more than a decade, tourists, locals, professionals and retirees have stopped in to enjoy something from the tap and a bite to eat from the full lunch or dinner menus.

The Food
Wasatch Brew Pub serves fresh-from-the-tap staple beers and several seasonal offerings, all drawn directly from serving tanks downstairs. Few brew pubs do English fish and chips this well--perhaps it's because this place uses its own Wasatch beer batter. Overall, fish is the customer favorite and the Utah trout and salmon dishes top the list of signature entrees. There's also all the usual pub grub like wings and nachos as well as pizzas, pasta, steak and chicken.

Stay Away From This Place. Went with a group of 6 people on a weekend to have a nice lunch. The wait staff was horrible, and the food is even worse. I ordered the salmon, and it had scales, skin and bones all over it. The tables were dirty, and the beer was warm. I would never eat here again!

Great food and good beer. This is one of the few reasonably priced places to have a good meal in Park City. While we were visiting we went here for lunch and dinner. Both meals were very good. I had a pecan-crusted trout that was fabulous. After dinner we went upstairs to play pool and had a couple of their special brews. My husband and I highly recommend them!

Good Beer & Pub Food. Very good beer selection even if it is all 3.2! Food is good brew pub fare, burgers, chicken, fish & chips, etc.

OK but not a great restaurant. It's a simple brew pub, with a very limited menu. It's popular during Main Street events, and well located. But it's not a good restaurant.

My favorite beer stop. Wastach Brew Pub has the best home brewed beers in UTAH!! The food is pretty dang good too! I love taking out of towners there for lunch.

Downright Bad. Downright B-A-D. The beer is awful. Tastes like a good idea gone bad. Like the inside of a nuclear power plant's washout tank. Worst beer I've ever consumed. The wait staff thinks they're something truly special. Slow, no energy and very few smiles in this place. Stay away from this over-rated joint.

Best Beer Around. Wasatch Brew Pub is a great place to stop in and have a great lunch or dinner while walking the shops of Park City's main street. It has a fun and lively atmosphere and the food and beer always hit the spot. A local favorite to anyone in the Salt Lake/Park City area.
