If you're going to pay $8.50 for a burger at a ski resort, make it a perfect burger..
In Short
It's fun to watch the chefs cook in the open kitchen. Decor is the log, glass and wood-floored elegance that's signature Deer Valley. You'll find fantastic burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, steak, enchiladas and soups on the menu. Try Deer Valley's famous turkey chili. The grilled chicken, goat cheese and spinach enchilada is also a winner. The Oriental chicken salad is perfect for a summer's day on the deck.

Outsatanding!. I brought out of town guests for late afternoon appetizers and cocktails on 2/27/03 and we were very impressed. The mojito cocktail is the best I've ever had. We chose several appetizers and each was a unique experience, very well executed and presented. The desserts did not disappoint either. Very reasonable (for Deer Valley) prices. Don't overlook this one!
