Zona Romas RULES!!!. My friends and I were very surprised to get a table right away on a Saturday night on main street in Park City, now we know why. To start, the service was horrible. From the drink order to the meal he managed to get everything wrong. Once the food arrived, it was cold and wasn't even what we ordered. I would have complained then but we didn't see him until we were done. For dessert we had some fruit flies buzzing around the table to top everything off. For two entrees and a few glasses of wine the bill was 70 dollars. The food was worth about 6. If I am forced to give a star I dont mean it.

Authentic Mexican Cuisine. If you're looking for the oversauced, extra-cheesy Tex Mex cuisine, this is not the place for you. But if you are interested in authentic Mexican cuisine, check out Zona Rosa. My husband is very particular about finding authentic Mexican, and he was really pleased with the food here. They have great margaritas, too. Atmosphere is very casual (come as you are, ski boots and all) and the service has always been great.

South of Bad. Seriously, there is no scale of badness on which we might rate Zona Rosa. When I eventually land in perdition, I am confident that I will be compelled to eat at this restaurant morning, noon, night, tea, and elevensies. The decor and food is mediocre to nasty. The service is surreal: a cross between reality prank tv and old Benny Hill reruns. They can't make a margarita. Chew on that for a moment...two tables had to send them back. Overpriced, occupying valuable space, and preying on one time tourist diners.

Worst restaurant experience ever. Wow! Worst restaurant experience I think I have ever had. I took my friends from out of state. We all thought the food was bad. The chips and salsa were the only thing okay. The chicken in my enchilada was rubbery and awful. I tried to send it back. Another person in our group also tried to send a very awful tasting dish back and they didn't even offer to bring us something different. We actually laughed when we got the bill to see they had given us a whopping $3.00 off the whole bill! The waitress was so rude and rushed us because "she had to get to her other job" I'll never go back.

My Opinion of Zona Rosa. I thought that the service was very good and the food was AMAZINGLY good! I would highly recommend going there. It was very quick and great for kids. The staff were all very nice and considerate.

Food makes up for service. The food was original and delicious. The service, however, was so bad and goofy that we thought we might be on a hidden camera television show. I don't think any of the servers had ever worked in a restaurant before. And while all tables waited a very long time for everything (water, chips, drinks, food), the hostess sat at her station reading and chatting.

Peruse the lengthy drink menu, then settle in for a healthy dose of people-watching at this Park City favorite.. In Short
Stop in for a casual lunch or drop by for dinner when the margaritas start flowing. Grab a chair at the front and watch the Main Street traffic pass by. This smallish Mexican joint pours a nice selection of drinks (specializing in tequila and rum--think mojitos), while dishing out south-of-the-border favorites. Everything is prepared in a lighter, healthy style--no gloppy beans and rice.
