Irresponsible, decieving, will steal the rug from under your feet- don't trust them as far as you can throw them.
Pros: They don't carry guns
Cons: They will run your property into the ground

I am glad I did not use this firm to manage my property, unfortunately I have purchased from a seller that used them, the seller instructed this management to replaced a foggy window for me as part of the sales agreement, after over a year, and with many promised phone calls from this company, the window still is not replace, I wonder whether I need to bring this firm to a small claim court before the work will perform. Like Kristdorman's review, they might be quick to take your money, but is like pulling teeth to get them to perform any work.
