I have taken my Land Rover Discovery II to Alex on a recommendation many times now. For the many issues the
vehicle has often had Alex and his staff not only provided quick and professional service and repair at very reasonable
rates, but also took the time to explain the issues in an understandable manner while also providing me good
maintenance tips for day to day. Alex and his staff are courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. I have only
had good experiences with this shop compared to his competitors elsewhere in Utah. I would safely recommend
anyone to take their vehicle to Alex's Autohaus. Sehr gut!
has done great work with my 2007 S-Line A4. They have installed many
aftermarket parts and re-flashed my ECU using APR programming. They have
helped me with any question I may have had, and are in the business to make
money not take money. They are honest folks and straight forward to even the
least savvy customer. If something is wrong they will tell you it's wrong. If
something is not wrong they will tell you it's not wrong. They set their
standards above a lot of other shops and dealers. They are an honest and
caring group of people and do a beautiful job in modifications and repairs!
No one can beat them in job quality and customer service!

Whoa, how much???. Alex's Auto Haus has been servicing my Audi and has always done decent work. Unfortunately, they charge the same amount for repairs as Strong Audi (the dealership). IF I WANT DEALERSHIP PRICES, I'LL GO TO THE DEALERSHIP! Geez! I have since found a mechanic that can do the SAME job at a reasonable price (ALPINE FOREIGN REPAIR). This is definately not the place to get your work done unless you're fabulously wealthy and don't mind throwing money away. Overall, way to expensive, customer service is terrible (Willy), and they won't work with you on negotiating a reasonable cost. They tell you what you're going to pay--no questions or comments accepted. THANK YOU KINDLY, BUT NO THANKS. Good luck keeping your customers guys....
