Beware of poor customer service. I went in on a returning customer promotion that was good for seven days. I asked for a high pressure bed before completing the sale. Not until after ringing the sale and taking my money did the girl tell me that those beds were not available for 1/2 hour. When I said I didn't have time to wait that long, she said there was nothing she could do. She refused to refund the purchase, refused to note the account to have the promotion begin on the next day I could come back, and refused to give me contact information for an owner or manager. She claimed I could call the Draper store to talk with a manager, that one was always there. They were not there and never returned my phone call. This business obviously does not care about customer service. I'll use up the remainder of promotion and never return.
