LOVE IT HERE AT PARK STATION. I love working for Park Station, we have so much fun here. We have balcony contests, easter egg hunts, movie nights, summer parties. Chelsie and Terry are fun people. BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER WORKED AT! Thanks Terry and Chelsie and the residents for making this place a nice place to call my work!!!!!

Great place to call HOME!. I love park station :). All the balcony face this huge interior court yard that is just amazing to look at every day. Not to mention the interior units are so nice and big, you have windows on the front and back of your apartment so you get this nice cool breeze going through. They management company is awesome they have a 24 hour turn around on repairs (Who does that anymore??). If you have not seen Park Station units I would go check them out. You can not see the Park in the middle from the outside but you will be amazed when you can actually look at it. I feel at home and plan on staying for some time. If you live at Park Station and have issue its because you can not speak up things don't get done if you hold them inside right. Any staff member will be all over you to help as much as they can.

Park Station Cares. I finished two leases at Park Station. I never thought I would ever live in Midvale. The apartments itself are spacious and quiet. I lived there because I had a night job right across the street, so it was convenient.

The best part is the manager, Chelsie. She is a woman who is strict, but cares about her tenants. You can explain a situation and she'll work with you. She does enforce the rules for living there. She always has time to listen and is a wise young lady.

Just to let you all know. I didn't have any problems there, and the security, police did their usual patrolling at night. I do miss Park Station. Thank you Chelsie!!

Move to Park Station Apartments. I love Park Station its right across the street from the Traxs line I can just hope right on it and go to work. Management has always treated me real good I can not complain. I love how they pay attention to us residents then just shut the door in your face like most people do.

Park Station apartments has improved so much in the last 2YR. since march of 09 i have fell in love with Park Station apartments. When i first came here the management was not the best, The manager was very rude in 08 i wanted to move out in the first month, Then in 09 they hired Chelsie and i thought to myself maybe the apartments had a chance and in two years she has not let me down i love her and her staff. YOU GO GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst place ever.. I love this place. I love the tweakers that knock on my door in the middle of the night. I love the loud fights our drunk neighbor has nightly with her husband. I love the car break ins. I love the contact high my daughter gets when people smoke in the breezeway. I love the kids that kick doors in. I just love this place and would never live anywhere else.

If you love all of those thing I mentioned, move here. Chelsea is a lovely manager too. She will tell you a problem is fixed and then not follow through, or tell you she is kicking someone out and magically three months later they're still here drinking, fighting, and using( possibly selling) drugs. ITS AWESOME!!!!
