Of course I was looking for a great deal on a great spa and I found it. I am very happy with the Sundance Optima spa I bought from Ray at Backyards of America. That is only half of the story. Ray and all his great employees helped my wife and I find the perfect hot tub for us. To me having a great store to back your purchase is almost as important as the product it self. Some times when you buy a high ticket item you might get a little buyers remorse. I had zero second thoughts. I walked out of Backyards of America with there biggest smile on my face because of how professional they were. I will be recommending this store to all my friends and to any one looking for a great hot tub. 6 stars

The time came for my Sundance Optima hot tub to be installed. I wish all companies had employees as nice and knowledgeable as the three that come to my place to install my tub. It says a lot about the business by the employees that work there. The three from the store did a fantastic job setting up my tub. They got it exactly where I wanted it. Set up everything. Waited for the tub to fill with water. Then showed me how EVERYTHING worked. Completely cleaned up all packing material. A++ business.

Loving our new spa!. This is our second Sundance Spa. The first one we had for 10 years and only had to replace a flow switch in all of that time. We sold our house with our old spa. We were so excited to get a new spa, this time we got a Maxxus. Our whole family is just loving it. Ray at Backyards has been really helpful, even showing our teenagers how to test the water in our hot tub. These Sundance Spas are the best

Best Hot Tubs (Sundance Spas), Very patient sales guys and good customer service. I just bought a new Sundance Spa (the Optima) at Backyards of America. I knew I wanted to get a spa but knew nothing about them. Being a woman I was a little intimidated with all the mechanics of a spa but these guys really educated me. After visiting two other hot tub places first and no one taking me serious, I bought my tub from Backyards of America. They delivered it to my house, filled it up, put the chemicals in it and showed me how to work everything! I sat in my tub that night! These guys are great!
