I just bought a new Sundance Spa (the Optima) at Backyards of America. I knew I wanted to get a spa but knew nothing about them. Being a woman I was a little intimidated with all the mechanics of a spa but these guys really educated me. After visiting two other hot tub places first and no one taking me serious, I bought my tub from Backyards of America. They delivered it to my house, filled it up, put the chemicals in it and showed me how to work everything! I sat in my tub that night! These guys are great!
Pros: They have a Good Housekeeping Seal of approval on their Sundance Spas. Which I learned meant that they would back up my warranty if the manufacturer went out of business.
