I went to the store to get a game and there were obviously several employees doing nothing and when I asked for help they made me feel like I was a bother. I am a customer! The place is not pleasant and they didn't help me so I won't be back.

They have a good selection of CCG's and sell individual Magic cards. I just get in, get what I want and get out. Not a place to hang out (unless you into LAN gaming), but they give me what I want.
Pros: Sells individual Magic.
Cons: Service and selection of games other than CCG's and minis. No real play area.
