The Scene
No live music. No dancing. No elaborate buffets. No import beers. Fondly referred to as a "blue collar Cheers...where everyone knows your name," the Tradewinds Lounge is a tavern that caters to locals and regulars who are looking to relax. You may see a smattering of retired persons in the crowd, especially during daytime hours, but most patronsoften still clothed in workwearstream in to wind down, tip back a few draft or bottled beers, and joke with friends after a day on the job. They playfully warn that an occasional four-letter word might be heard. In this casual, laid-back neighborhood bar, one can catch a quick game of pool or order a frozento be reheatedchimichanga (there's no kitchen). Nothing fussy or fancy.
