Terrible customer rep at a great natural food store!. I am looking for “Castor oil for hair growth” from several grocery stores and healthy stores, but failed. The products I saw were for external digest purpose or external skin cleanser. Therefore some pharmacist suggested me to find it from specialty store, and I visited Good Earth today.

My question to the Good Earth woman sales representative is, “Is there any Castor oil?” She led me to the section. I looked at those two products and asked, “Any Castor oil for hair growth? The label shows it’s for skin.” The Lady was very unpleasant and impatient said, “Castor oil is just castor oil. There is just one castor oil.” I was shocked and told her, ”There are one for skin and hair, another one for digestive system. The pharmacist told me they are different.”She said, ”For digestive system is pill, it’s internal. For skin, it’s external.” Then, she turned back to served another customer at once with her nice and professional customer service. I was left behind and questioned myself. Was I educated by the pharmacist in the wrong way? Or am I just a redneck-like customer? Simple questions out, and hard feelings in return.

Good earth is a great store with many good products and nice employees from my previous shopping experience, but not today, even two month ago with the same customer sales representative.

Shopping at Good earth is no longer joyful and informative. I didn’t buy anything I want by payment but a full bag of disgusting feelings from this place for free.
