Slow as Molasses in January. I have been so frustrated with this Smith's on several different occasions. The customer service is ridiculously slow. I see employees standing around doing nothing but would not blink an eye if they see someone standing at customer service waiting to be helped. While the "do-it'yourself" lanes can be convenient to some, it is not for me and I think it's crazy that they have only 2 at most 3 cashier's lanes open. I'd go to another Smiths but this is the closest and I like their prices but this store sometimes makes me so mad I end up going to Albertson's to boycott their lack of service.
