Bad service. My lawn mower wouldn't start. I brought it in & they said they'd fixed it. I took it home & went to use it a few days later & it still wouldn't start. I took it back & they found it had diesel fuel in it. They claimed some prankster must have put it in after they'd serviced it.

What really happened is a neighbor borrowed it. The dad is a mechanic but was out-of-town. The wife and foster son didn't want to give the mower back empty, so they filled the gas tank. I confimed with the dad later that they filled it with diesel fuel.

Pehrson's really did nothing the first time & wouldn't admit their mistake. They wouldn't refund the cost of the second service. The best they could do is split the cost of the second service with me!
