no way never again.... I have been going to audio twarehouse sense i was 16 im 22 now im writing this review to tell people mike and his crew is all about there paychecks then customer service. I just recently got my twelve my amp and front and back speakers installed had everything but the wire kit with everything said and dont turned out my back speakers didnt fit and i was still charged for the door panel uninstallment and reinstallment cost me 200 and still no speakers in my back. when i asked if i could do a trade i was told to go to the pawn shop and sell my brand new speakers for a pair of used while all of this is going on im feeling like i was a waste of time and not as important as the rest. i drove five min away to auto audio he imediatley told me mike is a rip off and he could of custom fit the speakers for 35 and reassured me i never be second to anyone that it not bout compensation but satisfaction.

Bad products and service. I had a subwoofer and amplifier installed in my truck. The amplifier did not last 1 month, one of the channels blew. I talked to Mike, the owner/counter sales person that doesn't know anything about car audio, and he said that he could not do anything about it.

He spoke disrespectfully to his employees and does not seem to run a reputable business.

Great Place. i went in and got my alram done, got two 12 inch kicker subs and a huge amp installed they treated me better then any other store i went to that week they beat everyone elses prices they were so nice and friendly i would recomend going there for anything car audio related i would suggest going to a few other places first then going to audio warehouse jsut so you can see how great of a deal your getting i send all my friends there its been 2 years i have been doing this and have yet to hear a single complaint from on of my friends and the guys there super good looking so you have somthing nice to look at while they work on your car lol

Very bad experince.... I had a alarm/remote start/keyless entry installed on my car. The hour I got it I noticed that there were loose wires dangling under my dash. The guy didn't even mount the led for the alarm,he just left it dangling. I noticed that the climate controls didn't work when the car would be remote started, i asked about fixing it and the guy said that is not my problem. I have since fixed it my self.. I do not recommend this business for ANYTHING !!!! EVER!!!

Bad Serivce. WOW!!!!! I purchased a $450 car alarm, immediatly it started not working correctly. I called in to see if they would correct they issue, they said NO I would have too pay the hourly repair fee. So I just decided to pay $30 to have it removed. The counter/owner doesn't speak english, He couldn't even understand my issue.

Please save yourself the headach and money, just go somewhere else.
