I am glad I had a chance to work with
Kevin Cole without having read the previous review. I cannot speak for the entire Re/Max Company because I only worked with Kevin Cole but I had a complete different experience.
I found Kevin to extremely professional and personable. I cannot commend him enough on his follow through(even after we closed on the home). He often responded within minutes of my calls, texts or emails even late into the evenings and on weekends(yes, he works on Sundays and often really late). In our situation, he always sought out win win situations for both buyer and the seller. He anticipates issues before they arise and comes up with a solutions before approaching the clients which I found to be a rare trait with other agents I worked with.
I recommend Kevin Cole without any reservations. I found him to be ethical and extremely hard working. Thank you for all of your hard work!
Re/Max Associate Amanda Mendenhall. We had to put our town house up for a short sale and Amanda Mendenhall was recommended to be the Realtor to help us with this. She was awesome! She made the whole process very easy for us. She answered all of our questions that we had. She was very knowledgeable. She is da bomb!! We plan on having her help us find our dream home when the time comes that we can afford to purchase a new home. So if you are looking for a GREAT Realtor call Amanda. She is fun, friendly, honest, reliable and genuine. Thanks Amanda!!!!
RE/MAX Assocates and Matt Page-2 names you can TRUST!!!.
Matt Page is an all around great guy to work with, plain and simple. I had been mislead by realtors before who are super friendly at first and then give you the shaft but Matt is genuinely an approachable, HONEST, decent guy that you can talk to and get great help from no matter what.
I have never felt so at ease working with any other realtor. Matt Page is great at making people comfortable and putting their needs first. At the end of everything I felt like this was a guy I could genuinely trust.
I have been unfortunate enough to deal with many different realtors over the years and have moved around a LOT. When I came to Salt Lake I was already dreading having to go through this all again.
Matt Page is by far the best in the real estate biz!
Matt Page Also Misrepresents. Matt Page is a horrible agent. We had a house under contract with him, and decided to get out of it, in large part because of the agent's lack of professionalism and frank rudeness during phone conversations. He misrepresented his property from the beginning. His listing did not include one of the bedrooms, and he called the property "crisp and perfect." This home had the original 35-year-old roof and furnace, 22-year-old water heater, and several code issues which all required immediate replacement. He was unwilling to make any concessions to these repairs, and lied to and tried to verbally bully our agent. First, he wanted to limit our due diligence period to one week, to hinder the discovery of the extent of repairs required. Second, he informed our agent that he had fully informed her of these needed repairs (he had not). Finally, when we discussed pulling out of this property he laid claim to our earnest money (which was illegal). I would never recommend this agent to either buy or sell your home. Extremely poor negotiation skills and knowledge of real estate rules.
Misrepresentation would be an understatement.
I hired Realtor Kevin Cole (UT license # 5480130-SA00)
to sell a rental condo for me. My current renter
wanted to buy it from me. This Realtor swiped
the client away from the buyers agent, and then swiped the prospect from me and turned around and sold him another condo in the building Kevin Cole himself owned !!!!
Kevin Cole broke so many professorial rules to line his own pockets it's ridiculous.
Think twice before ever doing business with this Re/Max con man!
